TERMS & CONDITIONS (Digital Content)

1. WHO WE ARE
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the website www.vibe-skins.com (the “Site”) and to purchases of digital items made on the Site.
1.2. The Site is operated by PROTECT YOUR SERVICES LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in England and Wales.

1.3. We are the merchant of record and sell our own digital goods. We are not a marketplace and do not provide any regulated financial services.
2. WHAT WE SELL
2.1. We sell downloadable cosmetic digital items for gamers (for example, cosmetic “skins”, templates, or similar digital assets) that do not provide any gameplay advantage (“Digital Items”).
2.2. Digital Items are independent, creative cosmetic assets and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game publisher, platform, or third‑party intellectual property owner. All third‑party names, logos and trademarks mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.
3. ELIGIBILITY & YOUR ACCOUNT
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including for fraud, abuse, or rights infringement.
4. ORDER PROCESS & CONTRACT FORMATION
4.1. By placing an order at checkout, you make an offer to buy Digital Items. We accept your offer when we confirm the order and provide access to download/activate the Digital Items.
4.2. You agree that fulfilment of Digital Items starts immediately after payment authorisation unless we state otherwise at checkout.
5. PRICING, CURRENCIES & TAXES
5.1. Prices are displayed in USD, EUR, AUD, and CAD. You may select your preferred currency where available. The total price and applicable taxes/charges will be shown before you confirm payment.
5.2. If your payment method currency differs from your selected display currency, your provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
5.3. We may update prices at any time; changes do not affect confirmed orders.
6. PAYMENTS
6.1. We accept card and other Pay‑In methods made available at checkout through our payment service providers. Payment is due at the time of order.
6.2. For security, we do not store full card numbers. Our payment providers may process your personal data as independent controllers for fraud prevention and regulatory purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL ITEMS
7.1. Digital Items are delivered by making them available for download or activation in your account immediately after successful payment, unless otherwise stated.
7.2. You are responsible for ensuring your device, game, or platform supports the Digital Items and that you have suitable internet access.
8. CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL (DIGITAL CONTENT)
8.1. Under the law, the 14‑day right to cancel a distance contract does not apply once you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge you lose the right to cancel when delivery starts.
8.2. At checkout, you may be asked to confirm that you (a) request immediate delivery and (b) acknowledge that you will lose the statutory right to cancel once delivery starts.
8.3. If you do not provide that consent, we will delay delivery for 14 days unless you later ask us to deliver sooner (and acknowledge loss of the right to cancel at that point).
9. REFUNDS & PROBLEMS
9.1. We want you to receive what you ordered. If a Digital Item is not as described, defective, or fails to download/activate, contact us within a reasonable time at info@vibe-skins.com with your order number, screenshots/logs, and a description of the issue.
9.2. Where the Digital Item is faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to a repair/replacement or, if that is impossible or fails, a refund or price reduction, in line with your statutory rights.
9.3. Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind once a Digital Item has been downloaded/activated or otherwise consumed, except where required by law.
9.4. Chargebacks: please contact us first so we can help resolve issues quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
10. LICENCE & USE RESTRICTIONS
10.1. When you purchase a Digital Item, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable licence to download and use it for your own non‑commercial, personal entertainment, subject to these Terms and any usage instructions we provide.
10.2. You must not: (a) resell, share, distribute, or make Digital Items available to the public; (b) reverse engineer or circumvent protection; (c) use Digital Items to infringe third‑party rights; (d) use them to cheat, exploit, or gain competitive advantage; or (e) use them for unlawful purposes.
10.3. We (and/or our licensors) retain all intellectual property rights in the Digital Items and the Site.
11. USER CONTENT
11.1. If you upload or submit any content (for example, reviews or customisation inputs), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, display and use that content to operate the Site. Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.
12. NO AFFILIATION & THIRD‑PARTY LINKS
12.1. The Site may reference third‑party games or platforms for compatibility purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such third parties.
12.2. Third‑party websites have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
13.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Digital Items are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Site or Digital Items will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
13.2. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to defective digital content.
14. LIABILITY
14.1. We are not liable for: (a) losses not caused by our breach; (b) business losses or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data; or (c) failures due to events outside our control.
14.2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchased Digital Item is limited to the amount you paid for that Digital Item.
14.3. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
15. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
15.1. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account if you materially breach these Terms or use the Site unlawfully. You may close your account at any time.
16. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
16.1. We may update these Terms (for example, to reflect changes in law or our services). The updated Terms will apply from their stated effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
17. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
17.1. These Terms and any non‑contractual obligations are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

19. DEFINITIONS
“Digital Items” means downloadable cosmetic digital assets (for example, skins, templates, or analogous cosmetic items) offered for sale on the Site for personal use only.
“Site” means www.vibe-skins.com and any related pages controlled by us.
