REFUND POLICY (Digital Content)
Effective date: August 25, 2025
1. WHO WE ARE
1.1. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made on www.vibe-skins.com (the “Site”).
1.2. The Site is operated by PROTECT YOUR SERVICES LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in England and Wales.

1.3. We are the merchant of record and sell our own digital goods. We are not a marketplace and do not provide any regulated financial services.
2. SCOPE
2.1. This Policy applies to purchases of downloadable cosmetic digital items for gamers (for example, cosmetic “skins”, templates or similar digital assets) (“Digital Items”) made directly via the Site using Pay‑In methods made available at checkout.
2.2. We do not offer subscriptions. All purchases are one‑off transactions.
3. WHEN YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND
Subject to sections 4–6 below, you may be eligible for a refund where:
3.1. **Defective or misdescribed Digital Item** — the item does not match its description, is corrupted, or otherwise fails to function as described when used in a supported environment.
3.2. **Failed delivery / access** — you have completed payment but cannot download or activate the Digital Item due to an issue on our side and the problem persists after reasonable troubleshooting.
3.3. **Duplicate transaction** — the same order was charged more than once in error.
3.4. **Fraudulent/unauthorised payment** — if your payment instrument was used without authorisation. (We may direct you to your card issuer and may request a police report or bank confirmation.)
4. WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE
4.1. **Change of mind** — once a Digital Item has been downloaded, activated, or otherwise made available to you following your consent to immediate delivery, refunds are generally not provided for change‑of‑mind.
4.2. **Incompatibility with your set‑up** — if your device, game or platform does not support the Digital Item and this was not caused by any misdescription by us.
4.3. **Bans or restrictions by third parties** — we are not responsible for actions taken by game publishers or platforms that are unrelated to a defect in our Digital Items.
4.4. **Resale or sharing** — if the Digital Item was transferred, resold, or shared with others, or your account breached our Terms & Conditions.
5. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS (DIGITAL CONTENT)
5.1. Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws. If a Digital Item is faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or if that is impossible or fails, a refund or price reduction.
5.2. **Withdrawal right for digital content** — where required by law, the 14‑day right to cancel a distance contract does not apply once you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge you lose the right to cancel when delivery starts. We obtain this acknowledgement during checkout.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
6.1. Contact us at **info@vibe-skins.com** within a reasonable time after purchase. Include: (a) your order number; (b) the email used for the order; (c) a description of the issue; and (d) relevant screenshots/logs.
6.2. We may ask you to complete troubleshooting steps, provide additional information, or temporarily revoke access so we can test and repair the issue.
6.3. We will acknowledge your request and aim to provide an initial response within 2 business days. Resolution times depend on the nature of the issue.
7. REMEDIES WE MAY OFFER
7.1. Depending on the case, we may provide: (a) a repair (updated file or activation fix); (b) a replacement Digital Item of equivalent value; or (c) a refund.
7.2. Where a refund is approved, access to the relevant Digital Item may be revoked and associated licences terminated.
8. REFUND METHOD, CURRENCY & TIMING
8.1. Refunds are made to the **original payment method** only.
8.2. Refunds are processed in the **currency originally charged** (USD, EUR, AUD, or CAD). If your bank/card operates in a different currency, exchange rates and fees are set by your bank or payment provider.
8.3. Once we approve a refund, we submit it to our payment provider without undue delay. Your bank’s posting time may vary (typically 3–10 business days, depending on the provider).
9. CHARGEBACKS
9.1. If you are considering a chargeback, please contact us first at **info@vibe-skins.com** so we can help resolve the issue quickly. Filing unfounded chargebacks may lead to account suspension to prevent misuse.
9.2. We provide evidence to payment providers where a chargeback is inconsistent with this Policy or our Terms & Conditions.
10. ANTI‑FRAUD & MISUSE
10.1. We may decline or reverse refunds where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
10.2. We may restrict future purchases and/or suspend accounts where refund or chargeback abuse is identified.
11. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
11.1. We may update this Policy from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in law or our services). The updated version will apply from the “Effective date” above unless stated otherwise.

13. DEFINITIONS
“Digital Items” means downloadable cosmetic digital assets (for example, skins, templates, or analogous cosmetic items) offered for sale on the Site for personal use only.
