Delivery refers to providing access to digital content or transferring digital items after successful payment confirmation. Access may be granted through the customer’s account on our website or via email containing the necessary instructions.

All products are delivered electronically over the internet. No alternative delivery methods are offered.


Steam Items & Trade Restrictions

For orders involving Steam items, delivery is completed through the Steam trading system. Transfer of such items may be affected by Steam platform policies, including but not limited to Trade Lock, trade holds, account verification requirements, or other account-related restrictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their Steam account:

  • is eligible for trading,
  • has no active trade holds,
  • has Steam Guard properly configured,
  • complies with Steam trading requirements.

Delivery timing may vary depending on Steam’s internal security policies and limitations.
