After you choose a skin and complete the payment, we send you a Steam trade offer. You simply accept it in your Steam account, and the skin appears in your inventory.

Yes. You need a valid Steam account with trade access enabled to receive skins.

Yes. We use secure payment processing and official Steam trade offers. We never ask for your Steam password.

Steam may apply a trade hold if:

  • Steam Guard is not enabled

  • Mobile Authenticator was recently activated

  • You changed your password recently

To avoid delays, make sure Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator is active for at least 7 days.

Go to:

Steam → Settings → Privacy → Inventory → Set to Public

Also ensure Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator is active.
